Delete your account

You can delete your Task-It account and all associated data at any time. Two ways:

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

  1. Open Task-It and log in
  2. Tap the 👤 profile icon (top-right on Home) → Account & Privacy
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm

Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Option 2 — Request deletion here (no app needed)

✅ Request received. We'll delete your account within 7 days and confirm by SMS.

We verify the request against the registered phone number, then delete the account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

  1. Your account, profile and login
  2. Tasks you created, their chats, forms and attachments
  3. Your targets, scores and ratings; you're removed as an assignee from others' tasks

Retained: minimal billing/trial records where required by law (kept up to 90 days, then purged), and messages you sent inside other people's task chats (they belong to those conversations). Nothing retained is ever used for marketing.
